So, I was saying in the first writing, the story was getting so long, that I really needed to break it up into chapters. Well, here we are. I have been documenting new events from "The Family from Hell" as they have developed. And, ironically enough we are still going at it. As of today, 11/08/2021, it has been 30 days since our last court date where I was suing him in small claim court for the $2000 that has not been paid in full. We are still waiting for a ruling from the judge who heard his testimony and mine, but then became frustrated with him because he had to provide his own testimony in which he had no clue as to what to say. The Ugly Old Woman that had been translating for him and lying through her teeth, saying a bunch of lies that she was told to say by Dog Face, was no longer permitted to testify on his behalf. On his own, he didn't have a defense other than his claim, that I had made a fake contract, and forged his signature. However, he had no evidence whatsoever of that, to produce for the judge.

Chapters are also needed, because the state attorney's office where I wanted to prosecute him for perjury on the Sex Violence injunction, has proven to be totally useless. It was so difficult to contact someone from the state attorney's office; just to be blown off. So, Screw Them! They will be contributing to the story. It was suggested by one of the volunteer lawyers from the Florida Bar, that I sue him for Malicious Prosecution. I had never heard of that —neither, have all the Clerk of Courts— but, it sounds very interesting. This action, is where I sue him for damages that I suffered because of the Malicious and grossly falsified injunction that he filed in 2020. I can sue him for all the legal fees, that were associated with our defense of the injunction; $14,000 Plus... In fact, today 11/08/21, I went downtown to the court house to see what I needed, and what it would cost to sue them for approximately $14,000 in damages. So, this story is going to grow by leaps & bounds, and definitely needs its own chapter... Grab a seat, —have yourself a nice cup of Joe— and read on. This is the Drama of The Century!

Well the January 10th payment has not been made. I can only assume they read this story —The Family From Hell— and decided they're not going to pay me anymore. That is their mentality. I guess they don't understand how contracts work in America. I know that my story is very demeaning to them but it IS the thruth. It is demeaning to them only because I am telling exactly how they acted towards Yolanda & I, and all the stupid things that they did while they were living with her, and even after they moved out. I'm still writing about it; never ending chapters. Regardless of this story —which is freedom of speech— the debt has to be paid. I did post a notice on their door early this morning —because they have blocked me on their phone— giving them 10 days to make a payment before I file a court claim. I can imagine their reaction when the Sheriff serves them court papers.....

Well, the joke was on me! They should of seen the look on my face when the Sheriff served Yolanda & I, court papers for an Injunction for Protection Against Sexual Violence on a minor, on January 28th. The look was of absolute disbelief. Wow! This was really intense. Yolanda was served with 5 accusations of sexual abuse while I was served with 12 accusations of sexual abuse on little Yoly. There was a bright side to this rather unpleasant event, however. Two, actually! 1) I knew that I had not done any of the horrible things, that I was accused of; neither had Yolanda. 2) Reading all the false accusations, I realize that I could prosecute him for Perjury. Much easier said that done, though. Two years later, I am still working on that, and right now I am not really seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. BUT, I am not giving up; HELL NO! Injunction Against Sexual Violence on a Minor

I had been talking to Jessica, Lazaro's daughter in Cuba, in hope of communicating intelligently to solve the problem. Or, at least to find out just what happened in Cuba. Specifically, what went on with little Yoli, that she was acting & talking like a 40-year-old; saying bad words. While Jessica and I were going back & forth, —it took a few days— I figured out that she was fishing for information on us and reporting everything to her mother. Perhaps, as a result of my communication with Jessica, on the 28th, I received a very nasty email from her loser boyfriend. Apparently, she told him about my story and he was defending them, — obviously he bought into all their lies— and sent me this nasty email, calling me a faggot & a pedophile and telling me pretty much the same lies that I had heard from Dog Face, when they returned form Cuba. The email did not translate that well with an online translator but I got the idea of what he meant. Yolanda answered him very eloquently. For the complete story on this go to

In other news
Yolanda revealed to me a few days ago that just before little Yoly was born, Lazaro the bozo sent her a letter —he had been sending a lot of letters— praising her, teller her how beautiful she is.... hoping she would send him more money. He told her that he had lost his job; what else is new? That lazy ass can't keep a job. And, that he needed help with baby stuff for little Yoly. Lies, lies, lies; he was just looking for a free lunch by exploiting his new baby girl, trying to get money out of Yolanda. Does little Yoly know that Yolanda bought a lot of baby things for her? Pampers, pacifier, baby bottles, baby clothes and more that she gave to her uncle Alfredo to send to Cuba. She also sent them money to buy a crib, a stroller and other things he needed for her... Knowing him now, I doubt that he bought her anything; he just pocketed the money. YOLANDA has such a big heart.

Well, today Yolanda & I were served by the Broward County Sheriff a with a "Temporary Injunction For Protection Against Sexual Violence". And, because they have such sick, conniving minds dhe filed it as: Lazaro Santos On Behalf Of Yolanda Santos Perez. The Dog Face witch, was trying to make it look like Lazaro was filing the injunction against us on behalf of Yolanda, but in reality it's all her spiteful intentions to try and put us in jail for revenge. But, because the injunction was full of her fabricated lies, she probably wanted him to take the blame for her lies; No doubt, she would throw him under the bus in a second.

The Injunction; from Hell

On January 25th, I filed a police report on a Sunpass Fraud. I just don't beleive that this Piece Of Shit, good for nothing, Low Life, Cuban communist, thief, obtained my checking account information from a check I had given to Yolanda and set up a Sunpass account with "Auto Pay" to automatically debit his tolls from my checking account. In fact, since he's not very bright, and does not speak english, he probably had his 12-year-old daughter, (little Yoly) do it for him. Great! Teach the young, innocent child to commit fraudulent crimes.

The account was set up in February of 2019 while he was living with Yolanda. We both were helping them financially and with little Yoly and this is the thanks we got. I never authorized him to do this. In fact I did not even know about it until November of 2020 when I received an email from Sunpass -out of the blue- showing an invoice for tolls in November of 2020.

I had received an email from Sunpass in October of 2020 but never opened it, as I had not used my sunpass account in years. So I ignored the message and deleted it. However, when I received the email in November, I looked at it and noticed Yolanda's cousin's name on the invoice: Lazaro Santos Santos. I was wondering why I was getting emails from Sunpass about someone else's sunpass account... Upon further investigation, it appeared that Lazaro Santos's tolls were being debited from my checking account.

All the tolls combined only amounted to about $50.00 BUT still, they were both working, living with Yolanda practically free, Yolanda cooked dinner for them pretty much every night with HER food, Yolanda bought them a car, Yolanda & I bought tons of stuff for little Yoly... all so they could save money to get their own place. So, How? How could they have the audacity —those Low Life, Pieces Of Shit— to pay for their tolls from my checking account? I just can't wrap my head around, how these Leeches, can suck the blood out of their own family.

The case is now with a Hollywood cop to investigate. Sooner or later he will be picked up on charges of fraud and end up in front of a judge. Hopefully, he will get what he deserves.

On a side note:
As I revise this story, (Dec 27, 2024) The cops did absolutely nothing about it. In fact, it seems like the cop was annoyed that I even called the police about this... And they say if you see something, say something... Yeah, Right! See that story here:
The Sunpass Fraud

Yolanda filed a small claims suit against the Bozo & his Evil wife on the 5th. She delivered it to the Dade County Sheriff Office to serve them individually. They were served on February 9th, 2021. The court date was set for March 17th at 9:30am on Zoom, which we attended today. As I expeted, they did not show up to the Zoom court meeting. So the judge gave Yolanda Default judgement for the amount sought + court cost + Process service + interest on the amount owed.

A few months later, I filed my own Small Claim Suit against him for the balance of the Cuba loan. Needless to say, both of these claims, warrant their own chapter. See both stories below. You won't believe how the Broward County Courts operate.

Today Yolanda received a call from DCF. Holy Shit! What is happening now? Needless to say, the lady from DCF —Kelli Gibson— was a little cocky on the phone with Yolanda who was terrified as to what this was all about. It was something about sexual abuse. We were just leaving Walmart as the call came in. So, Yoli told the lady that we were on our way home, that we would be there in a half hour. The lady still a bit cocky, said "OK, We'll meet you there"

Well, she and 2 Hollywood Cops, showed up like 2 hours later. Talk about suspense, as we sat there waiting for her & came up with all sorts of theories as to what we were about to face. Worried if we were going to be arrested for some farfetched accusations. Although we knew, that we have not even been near a child, since the "Family From Hell" moved out. We did have a suspicion that it might be coming from the Bozo and his DOG FACE, Bitch wife. We were right! The lady came in and said something to this effect: "He gave me a drink and I became dizzy, and passed out. I don't know if he penetrated me, I don't remember anything". Right there, I knew exactly where this was coming from. Then she mentioned something about "Dog Face", and about this freaking letter where I supposedly wanted to trade my truck to see little Yoly. DUH! What other demented MORON do I know that would make this shit up?

There's only one person that I refer to as "Dog Face". So, we spoke with the agent for a while, and she realized that she was dealing with a nut case who had filed a similar report the year before, except this report had conflicting allegations. She contradicted herself several times in the report. So, we all had a good laugh and the agent & the 2 cops left.

So, now I was really pissed off at those low lifes, for again trying to get us arrested. And, since the DCF agent, wouldn't disclose any information other than that "gave me a drink BULLSHT", I really wanted the actual report. I started working diligently on obtaining the report. OMG! It took a buch of emails to various supervisors, who referred me to other supervisors.... It took forever! BUT, finally one day (on January 20, 2022) I recived an email that had a link to the report. It was redacted so as to not identify the filing party. Yeah! Like I've given drugged water to so many young girls, it would be really hard for me to figure out who was filing a complaint of this nature.

The report is in two parts. PART I, which was taken by DCF on August 30, 2021(8 months after the injunction was dismissed). And, PART II, which was called in on the abuse hotline on August 30, 2020 (10 days after the moved out of Yolanda's house). There's no doubt in my mind that they were trying to get us arrested then. Those malicious pieces of shit! And, that could very well have happened had DCF substantiated their claims. However, DCF never even contacted us on that incident.

As mentioned above, the report came in as a 2 page report, but it was written in 2 paragraphs, single spaced, like one really long continous sentence. So, I broke it down in numbered accusations, and added my comments about the lies and pointed out where she contardicts herself, from the first & the second report. They probably got inspired by watching the news where teachers & other pedophiles are being thrown in jail for molesting school kids. They probably thought that a child abuse accusation would land us in jail. But, why DCF? Why didn't they call the cops? I laughed it off with the DCF lady. I told her how demented, that psychopath Dog Face woman was. How they had file an injunction for sexual violence against us and later dropped it. We talked for a little while and the lady & the cops left.

It is fucking incredible, what extent these EVIL Maggots will go to, to harrass us. They are Evil, Wicked and Malicious. The lowest form of life that I can imagine; like a bad hemorrhoid, constantly irritating your ass. It's OK, though, their day is coming

Having failed at getting us arrested, with DCF and the Sexual Violence Injunction, where we were back & forth in court for exactly 1 year, until they finally dismissed the charges, we filed a Malicious Prosecution suit, to sue them for the legal fees ($14,000) that we were subjected to in defending their fabricated lies.

Well, well, well... Today, I finally filed my Malicious Prosecution lawsuit, against the Bozo and his psychopath, witch wife. I have not submitted the summons yet, because they just paid me for the judgment on the $2,000 Cuba loan. That was such a Journey! So, I thought I'd let them sit for a while, thinking that I finally went away... Think again! So stay tune, I'll create a page for that as well.

Well, surprisingly enough, on this day we received (by US Mail) a package from Some Harvey D Rogers PA. filing a motion to dismiss my Malicious Prosecution suit —That Ain't Happening— as well as a motion for sanctions (to pay for their legal fees since he's so confident that he'll win) and other action for sanctions for publishing this site. BUT, it Ain't coming down! So, since this is sure to be a huge, drawn-out thing, —probably as big as the Family From Hell story itself— I am creatring yet another chapter. Update: Family From Hell and Jadiel; the Bozo's Nephew, January 11th, 2022

This update pertains to The Family From Hell story. It took time but we finally got the story about their trip to Cuba from a family member that was there and knows exactly what happened. First, we are told that little Yoly DID NOT act like a 40 year-old, saying bad words as they had claimed. They were trying to hold us responsible for that. Other than speaking English a lot, —to show off— she just acted like a normal little kid playing with her friends. Furthermore, they never took her to a psychiatrist as they had said. This information is from the cousin that kept an eye on her while they drank, partied & acted like big shots in Cuba; on our dime.

As for the Bozo & the Witch, they went there bragging and acting like they were rich & shit ice cream. The bozo was bragging that he had $5000 in his pocket, and she bragged that at Yolanda's house, she paid some $2500 a month rent, and paid all the utilities, and bought all the food. She even bragged that she had bought Yoly a new $800 phone. The reality is that I filed an insurance claim and paid a $200 deductable, to get Yoly's broken I-phone 6 replaced. Luckily, they sent her a new I-phone 8; You Welcome. They also said that Yolanda had not sent anything to Cuba. Truth is, Yolanda had bought various clothing items for their family, —the bozo & the witch's mothers— and had sent a lot of stuff for Jessica, but the witch insisted that They had bought everything. What a pathetic lying sack of shit.

We also found out that from the time they arrived to the time they left, it was just one huge party. They were drinking all day, everyday. And, on his birthday, they bought a pig for some $140 and a lot of booze, hired a mariachi band, and they partied hardy; on my dime. Also, that Lazaro sent his nephew to buy refreshments, he had to walk 4 - 5 KM and when he returned they didn't even offer him a glass of water.

They badmouthed us, saying that they were broke because Yolanda exploited them, made them pay for everything (while those pieces of shit, were living in her house for free) and they kept saying to everyone that I was a pedophile. Because little Yoly had so much more fun with me and Yolanda, than her Bozo, boring ass dad, or her Bitch mom, she was always with us. They were so freaking jealous that the kid liked us more than them. Can you blame the kid?

The nephew said "My uncle told me to kill a pig for him, that he would send me money later, so I could buy a new phone. He never sent me a penny. The Santos family are trash. You are family as long as they can use you, but when they don't need you, you are no longer family".

"As for Jessica, she has more lovers than hair on her head. She's dumb as hell, and whores around. They send her $150 to $200 @ month. With that, she buys beer & cigarettes, & supports her lazy boyfriend. Yet, she's too broke to eat. She's a real bitch just like her mother. She thinks she shits ice cream." Some black guy —that she was presumably fooling around with while her & her loser boyfriend had broken up— came came looking for her at her house. That's their little angel that they love so much. I believe this information to be true, based on pictures that I've seen.
