This is a forum for consumers to express their opinions and/or concerns, regarding the business practices of businesses or individuals that they are involved with. Or, to exchange information in order to make an educated decision —based on complaints & reviews— as it relates to the businesses or individuals they intend to do business with.

Freedom of Speech. The First Amendment, does give you the right to Free Speech. You can post just about anything, about anyone. You have the right to your opinion, whatever it might be. However, lies or false information on your part, that can be proven may be a problem for you, as well as any threats of harm to someone. Threats are a Big No-No! Be sure your statements are true & accuate.

Vulgar Language & Nudity The language you use in your post —however foul it is— is up to you. You can "Tell it like it is" As far as nudity, it is acceptable to post it, in the context of your story. Look at this story for an example. However, do include a disclaimer in your Subtitle and under the Title, in your post, that your post contains nudity. ie: THIS STORY CONTAINS NUDITY as seen in my YouTube post.

Businesses or individuals who are accused of wrongdoing in a complaints, are encouraged to file a rebuttal to the complaint against them. Complaints WILL NOT be removed by the plaintiff or by the system administrator under any condition, including but not limited to: The complaint was satisfied, the accused entity advertised on, or made donations to support the site.

Posting a Story or a Review
Step 1: Register
We require registration for several reasons, BUT your information WILL NOT be given out, EVER! With registration, we are hoping to deter individuals that are here just to flame others, spam our boards, or those who do not have a ligitimate complaint. Moreover, in the event that parties involved are trying to resolve your issues, we may need to notify you. You only need a user name & a valid email address to register.

Step 2: Post
Simply click on "File a Report" at the top of the categories. You will be taken to categories page to choose a category and then to a log-in page. Log in. Hint: Log in on the Home Page when visiting, and let your browser remember your log-in info. Anytime a log-in box appears, your log-in information will be filled in for you.
NOTE: If posting a review, select a category from the "Reviews" section of the categories

Step 3: Upload Photo
After logging in, you will be taken to the photo uploader. This will permit you to upload a thumbnail image for your listing, from your hard drive. Of course, if you do not care for a thumbnail image, you can simply click on the "List Your Article" button, which will take you to the Listing page, where you can list your post, or upload images to include in your post. The thumbnail (if you uploaded one) will show up in the listings, when users browse the categories or search on Keywords.

If you want to include photos or .PDF files, you can upoad up to 10 items. Visit our Basic HTML page Basic HTML for simple instructions on inserting images in your story. We're working on updating our photo uploader so you can upload videos as well.

Step 4: Submit your Post Form
The Listing form is relatively simple. Starting at the top, type in the title of your article, 80 characters max. Then type in a subtitle if you wish. It can be 80 characters, as well. . The title, will show up in your listing at the top of the page.

Next, the complaint can be typed into (or copied from another file) & pasted in the Listing form. I highly recommend that you compose your story in Word or notepad and save it to your hard drive. That way you can edit it, and copy & paste into the form as needed. In the form editor, you can format your story as you please. Just like you would in Microsoft Word. If you prefer to enter HTML code, You Can. Just press the < > button on the tool bar and enter your HTML.


Next are optional features which are FREE at the moment, but may have a small fee in the future. The options are "Home Page Feature, Category Featured, Highlighted Title, add a Border and Bold Title. Use any combination of these to make your post stand out from others.

Below the options, your gallery image should display, if you uploaded one. There is an input box for an animated image that you can use instead of your own gallery image.

Selecting an animated image is very simple. Click on the link, a new window will open, select an image that appeals to you, and copy its name (ie: cats.gif) and paste it into the animated image input box.

Now, click on the "Preview your Listing" button, to see how your listing will appear when someone clicks on it. The Preview opens in a new Window, If everything looks OK, click "Submit".

If not, return to the Listing form tab, make your corrections, and Re-submit the from to preview. Then, Click Submit if everything looks OK.

Take your time and be sure you have covered all the facts, and that you have good composition, good grammar and most importantly, corrected all typos. It will give your post more integrity. Should you need to make corrections to your story after you published it, simply click on the "Revise Story" link at the bottom of the story.

Updates As new developments to your complaint unfold, you may need to update your post to reflect new evidence to further substantiate your claims or you may need to announce that Bad Business Report compelled the business or individual to resolve your issues and that all is now well. You can post updates indefinitely.

To update your post, simply click on the "Post an Update" link at the end of your post. Type in your updates in the form and submit it just like you submitted the original post.
