Well I only buy condos because they're a lot easier to upgrade than houses. they basically need cabinets, maybe new floors, paint and maybe newer appliances. I just need to worry about the inside. Property are in demand in South Florida, everyone wants to live here. Rents are also high here. so we can buy & flip or rent.
