This incredible story is about a second Crypto Currency Romance Scam that I experience just before and during the time I was being romanced by Donna Zhang. Her story is here: The Donna Zhang Story The difference however is that Alisa Su, didn't get to scam me. She almost did, but Donna Zhang lured me away, by pointing out an Instagram page with 100s of pictures of Alisa, some of which were on Alisa's Facebook page and some that she posted on our WhatsApp chat as we chatted along. That's when the Donna Zhang story began. With Alisa Su, it started with a messenger message on January 30th, about a post that Alisa had read. (I dont remember the post) So, we chatted a bit on messenger but quickly moved to WhatsApp. The romance began. We talked about what she does. "She design clothing for Addidas, and other brands" she claimed. "I buy and fix condos to resell" I followed. We talked about entertainment, movie, music.... From there the conversation got a little more romantic. She would call me dear and honey, and threw in plenty of flower, happy face, and hearts emojies Based on the pictures she had sent me on messenger, and the pictures on her Facebook page, I had a hard time believing that the woman pictured in a Rolls Royce, so elegantly dressed, was chatting with so much love, to me. I mean, what would a woman of her stature, want with an ordianry guy like me? As the converstion went on, the love talk got a little more intense. It progeressed to; I was her future husband and she my future wife and we were going to travel around the world together. Starting with a visit to her parents in China, then to Japan, and Paris where I would make passionate love to her in the City of Love... It just sounded so farfetched, but for the sake of a good story, I decided to humor her, to see where it would lead. It continued on that tone for a while. To the point that she wanted a child; to build a family with me... She wanted me to move in with her, in her New York apartment. I mentioned that I would look around for some type of business to get into, while in New York to earn income. Immediately, she mentioned that I could start trading in Crypto currency like she does. She would show me how to do it, so we could make huge profits, to enjoy a better life. By now, she wanted me to get invested in Crypto currency trading. She talked about it everyday, consistently. She would tell me how she made so much money with this, and that it offered her a really opulent lifestyle. She would send me screenshots of her transactions, showing huge investments & profits.. But all along, I thought this was most likely a romance scam, so I was not about to risk my investments with her; not just yet anyway. We continued talking, and as much as I tried to shy away from investment topics, she kept bringing it up. She was so persistent that it bacame annoying. I even told her so. So, she stepped back a bit, so not to chase me away. After all, I just wanted a partner in life. I was not looking to start trading in Crypto currencies. We continued talking about all sort of topics. Cooking and meals that we were preparing was always a favorite topic of hers. She would tell me how to add extra ingredients to make my meals better. OK Mom! All along I just wanted to know for sure that I was talking to this rich woman, pictured on that Facebook page. I had my doubts! Again, what would a rich, beautiful, young Asian woman want with me; and ordinary jeans & t-shirt type of guy. So, I kept asking her for selfies. I wanted regular, "as you are right now" selfies. But she kept sending me professional photos. As I continued humoring ?or charming? this woman, my doubts grew more each day. I just had a strong feeling that this woman, however sweet she sounded, was some other skank trying to take me for a ride under the pretense of this rich woman. Everyday, she continued bringing up investments, trying to convince me that I would make a lot of money, and we would have a bright future together... Still, I was not buying it. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I started mentioning a weekend visit to New York. She told me "that sounded great!" And, that idea kept the chat going, discussing a weekend arrangement. There were convesrations about this weekend event, where we would take the Rolls or the Ferrari on a road trip outside of the city. That sounded pretty interesting to me. And of course, I was going to take her for a sumptuous dinner at her fav restaurant.... She had posted pictures of her apartment in Manhattan, and of a beautiful house in the area that she supposedly owned. Oh my, it just sounded so wonderful; as a daydream. The plan was to go in Mid April. However, somewhere in the conversation, she mentioned that because of her work schedule, we would not be able to meet until late May, early June. Oh, Oh! RED FLAGS were coming up all over the place. I had told her that I didn't want to trade until we met. But now, it looked like that meeting was going to be delayed, indrfinitely. That didn't go well for me at all... But, we kept talking about our daily lives, cooking, love, work and so on... Time passed, a little trust was building, until finally, I agreed to maybe try a small trade. So, we started preparing my Crypto wallet. OMG! What a freaking nightmare that was! She would text me a picture of what to do, and after I had done that, I needed to send her a screenshot for the next step. However, every time I left my Crypto screen, I had to re-login to it and in some steps, I needed to authenticate, for bank transfer or other ID functions. In the first try, it took forever to get nowhere. We tried to do a transfer from my debit card to my Cryoto wallet. BUT, that didn't work. TD bank, (the stupidest bank in the whole world) kept declinig the transactions. Well, screw them. I Opened a Bank of America business & personal checking account, and transferred my funds there, to get the hell out of TD bank. Unfortunately, the same thing happened with B of A. I could not transfer with me debit card. Then I tried an online transfer, but the next day, it had not been transferred. I was on the phone for at least 2 hours, and transferred to 5 different customer service reps. What a nightmare. But finally, I got them to process the transfer. Now, I had $1000. USD in my Crypto wallet. What an ordeal. I really needed $2,000 in my wallet to invest. So, I tried online again, I was sure that by now, they understood who was making the transfer. But, sure as shit, the transfer didn't make it. Even after 2 hours on the phone, they didn't process it. What a stupid fucking bank! The next day, I went to the bank, and personally made a wire transfer. That one went through.... Finally! I was not ready to make a trade as I still didn't trust her a 100%. So, I kept stalling, telling her that the funds in my bank account were not cleared yet. And, we kept communicating about the same topics, pretty much. At the same time however, I was communicating with Donna Zhang, who had reached out to me, citing that she had entered a wrong number in her WhatsApp that just happended to be mine. Her story is here: The Donna Zhang Story While talking to Donna, I mentioned that I was about to trade with a friend on FB. She convinced me to send her a picture of that friend, so I did. Right away she said that she knew her. Wow! What a coincidence. Then she sent me a link to her Instagram page, where I found all these pictures of supposedly Alisa. But, this woman's page bore the name of Freya, and many of the pictures that she had posted on our chat, were on that Instagram page. Oh shit, I thought! Who is the woman that I am chatting with? I confronted Alisa about this page. Well, things just went downhill from there. I no longer believed in Alisa, even thought she still insisted that she was the one in those pictures. There is no way I was going to trade with her. Besides I found the other girl, (Donna) cuter and her FB page more believable. I continued chatting with Donna, all the while still chatting with Alisa, because we had chatted so much and had developped a friendhip. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I wanted her to send me real selfies so I could see for sure who she was, as I really didn't bellieve she was that Freya woman. So, we chatted and argued and chatted some more until she agreed to do a video chat. Great I thought! This time I prepared for this chat. I installed a screen recorder on my phone. So, when the chat came up, I recorded it. I don't know if it's an app on her phone, but when we chatted, first we could not hear each other, second, all kind of pop ups would appear on my screen, blocking my view, and the chat screen would disapear and the chat would end. She only wanted to chat on Telegram, never on WhatsApp. Regardless, I was able to capture about 3 seconds of video from the chat. Those 3 seconds, revealed an Asian woman, but way, way different from the woman I thought I was chatting with. Below are pictures of both women. The real one and the one I was chatting with. You be the judge. Click on images
Nedless to say, I don't really chat with her anymore but the chat session is still open. She has not blocked me yet. Finally, she did admit that she had deceived me, and that she was not the woman on those pictures. But, still she tried to get me invested. Do you believe how persistent she is? She told me that she could help me get my $1000 dollars back, from my investment profits. Even if she could and if I trusted her, there is still the issue of that platform that she trades on (supposedly). I googled that platform and found many complaints about people losing money. It seems that the platform freezes their accounts, and they never see their money again. Bummer! I must also mention that after she found out that I lost money, ? she must have read the story about Donna? she told me that she would connect with that woman, and try to get my money back. Yeah, right! Below, see our conversation about that below: Click on Image
In conclusion: I have several stories to write as they all happened like one after ? or during? another, so I need to end this story and publish it ASAP. You may want to check back from time to time as I will probably add to it as I go over the entire chat, and find interesting facts that I might have missed here. Based on many facts, I believe that Alisa Su, was also Donna Zhang. I don't know for a fact, can't prove it at this time, but putting all the pieces together, I would conclude so. The theory being: The woman couldn't get me to invest to save her life because I didn't trust her. So, she created or already had another fake FB account, ?Donna Zhang? and she had my phone # from the chat. She added me to Whatsapp and claimed that her secretary had given her the wrong number. Before long we were talking about trading, I mentioned I was trading with an FB friend. Right away, she said that the friend is probably a scam. She wanted a picture of this friend, so I posted one, and coincidently, she knew of her. She then pointed me to her Instagram page, where I found all these pictures of Alisa on an account with a different name: Freya. She knew that this would make me Leary of Alisa. She then lured me to her friendship, and stated her own romance routine, citing that she was a professional financial advisor, and even invited me to her office in Manhattan. Over weeks she had enough trust from me to get me into a small trade. She directed me to a fake website, ?I discovered it later? we made a trade, I made a small $100 profit, which we transferred to my bank account, but the fake website kept my initial investment of $1000. She then blocked me on Whatsapp, and deleted me on FB. But her page is still there, and she has shown up on other pages as a different name. While talking to Alisa after this incident, she contacted Donna (supposedly) and told me that Donna would return my money in a few months, to regard it as a loan.... That my friend was my short lived Asian love adventure. Hope you enjyed the story, I may print out the whole chat, and post it here so you can follow us day by day. Take the story as a cheap boxing lesson. DO NOT get sucked in by these Asian romance scams, however beautiful & sincere they seem, and DON'T invest in Crypto unless you really know the person who is advising you; unless you like to lose money!
