OMG! I had such a Bad experience at TD Bank!

OMG! Yesterday I had the worst experience with this STUPID TD Bank on US 441, near Hollywood Blvd, in Broward County.

I normally go to the Hallandale Beach branch, but I live closer to this branch. Yesterday, I needed to make a deposit, go to Bjs to return some shitty chicken, and another grocery store, all in the same area. The bank was on the way, so I thought I'd stop by and make a quick deposit.....

As I pulled into the bank's parking lot I noticed that there were several cars at the drive in window. From past experience, I figured I'd be there FOREVER! So, I opted to go inside. On second thought, it dawned on me that maybe the ATM machine, might be a quicker option.

I was kinda of in a rush because I had frozen chicken in the car that I was returning to Bj's afterwards. I didn't want it to cook in my car... So, at first I stood in line for the teller. However, there was no one at the teller window. Oh crap, I thought. I waited a few minutes, then headed to the ATM machine. I stick my card in the slot, but nothing happens.

Isn't it supposed to ask me for a pin code? Oh Balls! Back to the teller line I go. There's still no one at the teller window. So, I wait some more... Then someone comes from the back and heads to the customer service desk. I run to her and ask her why my ATM card isn't working. It turns out that, at that STUPID ATM, (in that STUPID BANK) you don't insert your card in, like you would in a credit card machine. No, it has to go in landscape, (wide side in).

No wonder! The customer service rep, did point out a tiny little image showing the way to insert the card. Didn't have my glasses on, never saw it. The other thing, is I was inserting my TD credit card in the slot. I thought I only had my ATM card in my wallet, cause I NEVER use the TD credit card.

Finally, I got the right card in, the right way, and was prompted for a pin code. Then I hit the Deposit button, Then the checking account button, then the cash button, but it didn't light up like the "check" button. So, back to that lady I go. Hello, it doesn't seem to offer a "cash" deposit option, that button doesn't light up...

Oh, she replies, that's because the machine is full. It can't accept anymore cash. Oh SHIT, I thought. "Don't you guys empty it?" "NO, a seperate organization does that, we don't." For God's Sake! How difficult does it have to be to make a simple cash deposit at that STUPID bank; Can't emphasize STUPID enough. I was getting really pissed off! People were in line waiting to use the ATM. I cancelled the transaction, grabbed my card, glanced at the teller window, ?there was still no one there and the same people were still waiting in line? and nearly ripped the door off its hinges, getting the hell out of that STUPID, STUPID bank.

I swear, TD Bank has to be the WORST bank I've ever done business with; that branch in particular. The last time I was there, it took close to 10 minutes, to make a deposit at the drive thru window. Most of my deposits are cash. How long does it take to appropriate a cash deposit to my account? Evrytime I go to that stupid branch, it's the same thing. People are moving so freaking slow; like in slow motion. If they moved any slower, you'd think they're frozen in time!

Needless to say, I'm now looking for another bank. I really don't know where to go, as they all seem to be the same. I need to go to the Hallandale branch to make that deposit; more waiting in really slow moving line. Wish me luck!
