horse. This is a guy I buy a lot of horses from and he assured me I
would able to go to the horse show immediately and win on it. If not
he would give me my money back. That seemed like an interesting

there is a one time purchase. As you know that carries over to
the next horse. I estimated the monthly expenses on the high side -
that figure would include lots of horse showing (if necessary). The
insurance is pretty accurate. Let me know if you have any

The daycare pays for staff, staff housing, hay, shavings, grain,
supplies, athletic treatments (icing . . .), anything that
involves the daily care of the horses.
I scan all receipts into the computer once a month and send a copy
with the bill.

I have discussed both scenarios. I had talked with someone in
venture capital that wanted to split the "profit" 50/50. Other
investors have liked the straight 10% on the sale. I am open
to ideas as long as everyone can agree and is comfortable.
